An Estate Sale is is a sale to sell off a large portion of a person's estate (Personal Goods / Belongings), which may be due to many factors including (but not limited to):

• A Recent Death, wherein the family / executers of the estate are needing to clear and finalize the estate for legal and/or financial purposes.
• A need to downsize the household (Moving into a smaller home, Assisted Living, or Retirement Home).
• A bulk buying / Collecting Situation, may require a Court / Civil Order to liquidate goods from the Estate.

Online Estate Sale / Auction:

We also offer an Online Estate Sale / Auction through the website Hibid.com for our clients.  This is another avenue for the clients who may still be living in their home, and wanting to downsize or liquidate their collections.  We have also completed these types of sales for families who want to take more time while liquidating a loved ones lifetime of treasures.  Please ask us for more details.
